Wonderland Event Group is a veteran-owned, family-run event experience company based in Houston, Texas. We specialize in interactive experiences — the kind of unforgettable centerpieces guests gather around, photograph and talk about long after the celebration ends.
Our first signature experience, the Wonderland Smart Candy Wall, combines a seven-foot illuminated display, custom digital graphics and a candy experience guests can enjoy and make their own. From delivery and styling to setup, service and breakdown, we take care of the details so you can actually enjoy your celebration.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Every package includes the candy, scoops, and take-home bags. You choose your selections from our candy menu, and we handle sourcing, filling and restocking during your event.
The fine print
Policies & Terms
Reservations & payment
A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable 50% retainer are required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Bookings made within 7 days require payment in full.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable. One reschedule within 12 months is permitted at no cost with 14+ days' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the full balance.
Travel & service area
We serve Houston and surrounding areas. The first 30 miles from downtown Houston are included; additional mileage is billed at $2 per mile round trip. Parking or venue access fees are the client's responsibility.
Venue access & electrical
Client is responsible for securing venue approval, elevator or loading access, and a dedicated 110V outlet within 25 feet of the setup location. Delays caused by venue access may reduce rental time.
Outdoor events & weather
Outdoor setups require a covered, level surface. We reserve the right to relocate or discontinue service if weather threatens equipment safety; no refund is issued when a suitable covered alternative is unavailable.
Damage & responsibility
Client is responsible for damage, loss or theft of equipment caused by guests during the event. Repair or replacement costs will be invoiced. Wonderland Event Group is not liable for allergic reactions; ingredient information is available on request.
